Tangiers Blues Band with Nico Hoon, Christopher, and Rogers - Change (Live at The Stone Pony)
In September 2019 we played at Sea Hear Now, this year Christopher Thorn and Rogers Stevens went out there to hang out with Danny Clinch. On Saturday September 18th, 2021 they joined Danny's band the Tangier Blues Band, along with Nico Hoon, and surprised the audience with Change.

    I was at Woodstock 94. I got to see this absolutely amazing man. I listen to him every day at work. My 2 fav songs are Skinned and Change. The world lost a true beauty right there.❤ Thanks for the memories Shannon.

    RIP Shannon Hoon, another taken far too young. Blind Melon is still one of my all time favorite bands ever.

    It still remains. Shannon was too high a percentage of the sound of this band to be replaced and it still have feeling. Sorry to have to be the one to say it…again. Once again the new “blind melon” song sounds nothing like blind melon to me, one of the biggest fans through the 90s and still a big fan of the original line-up. I will ALWAYS love those first two records and Nico as well. There are those of us who miss how Shannon connected with our souls and reflected a time in our histories so perfectly. There is no substitute, so every time we hear a new “blind melon” song I guess we are hoping it will be him again and that feeling will still be there. I don’t think it ever will be again. 😢 maybe they should’ve changed the name of the band. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Travis is a good vocalist...but I can't consider this as Blind Melon without Hoon.
